There was a time in my life when I felt like I was constantly juggling—trying to meet everyone's needs, keep the household running, and be the “good” parent I thought I was supposed to be. I often felt exhausted, unsure, and guilty for not doing or being enough.
In those moments, what I longed for most was someone to simply listen. Not to tell me what I was doing wrong, but to hear me without judgment—to hold space for me to sort out what I was feeling, and to remind me that I wasn't alone.
With over 25 years in the helping profession—including 10 years as an in-home family support worker for Child Welfare—I've had the privilege of walking alongside many parents during difficult seasons. I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the chaos of raising children—and how powerful it can be to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your values and your voice.
As a coach, I offer a compassionate space for parents to breathe, reflect, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you're navigating power struggles, feeling burned out, or just wondering if you're doing this whole parenting thing “right,” I'm here to support you with empathy, honesty, and heart.
